Thank you for your letter. Sorry I haven’t written for so long, but I was very busy.
I’m really sorry your fridge doesn’t work properly.  I understand why your mom is so unhappy with it. It’s not easy to buy a new one cause it costs a lot, but you can have it repaired. And do you have any guarantee? If so, you can exchange it for a new one or repair it for free. I hope my advice can help you
