Есть профессии – призвания-и люди полностью отдаются этим профессиям. Несомненно, профессия учителя-одна из них.
Даже если вы хотите быть учителем, Вы не можете стать хорошим. Вы должны родиться одним. Любовь к детям, умение общаться с ними, понимать и учить их – это самые важные качества настоящего учителя. Умение быть настоящим учителем-это дар Божий, это талант, как талант писателя, художника или музыканта. На мой взгляд, это еще больше-это судьба. Я думаю, что учитель похож на скульптора: он формирует личность из ребенка, как скульптор создает красивую статую из глины.
Педагогика-очень сложное и ответственное исследование, наверное, не менее ответственное, чем медицина. Как пациент вручает врачу самое дорогое - свою жизнь, поэтому родители доверяют учителю самое ценное существо-своего ребенка. И в основном от учителя зависит, каким человеком вырастет ребенок: гением или злодеем. Если вы мечтали стать учителем с детства, то сегодня это не проблема.
В России насчитывается более 250 педагогических колледжей и университетов, шесть из которых находятся в Москве. Ежегодно тысячи молодых людей заканчивают эти колледжи, чтобы прийти в школу 1 сентября. Согласно опросу, более 70% студентов поступают в эти колледжи по собственному выбору, и им хорошо известно, какая трудная, а иногда и неблагодарная работа ждет их после получения дипломов. В процессе обучения, когда их спрашивали, сожалеют ли они о своем выборе профессии, 60 процентов заявили, что они вообще не сожалеют. Судя по этим фактам, могу сказать, что учителя приходят в школу не за деньгами (зарплата учителя смехотворна), но они просто не могут не прийти, потому что это их призвание работать с детьми.

In Russia there are more than 250 teachers training colleges and universities; six of them are in Moscow. Every year thousands of young people graduate from these colleges to come to school on September 1st. According to a survey, more than 70 per cent of students enter these colleges by their own choice, and it is well-known to them what difficult and sometimes ungrateful work is waiting for them after receiving their diplomas. In the process of education when they were asked whether they were sorry about their choice of profession, 60 per cent said that they were not sorry at all. Judging by these facts, I can say that teachers come to school not for money (the salary of a teacher is laughable), but they simply can’t help coming because it’s their vocation to work with children.
