London Heathrow Airport (English: IATA: LHR, ICAO: EGLL, FAA LID: EGLL) is London’s largest international airport. It is considered the second busiest passenger airport in the world (2015, 69.8 million people) [1], and the first in Europe. Located 24 km (15 miles) west of central London. Includes 5 passenger terminals and one cargo terminal. The last, the 5th terminal, was opened on March 14, 2008 by Queen Elizabeth II.
Heathrow is one of two international airports located within Greater London, the second is London City.
