Winter Olympic games 2018 will be held from 9 to 25 February in the South Korean city of Pyeongchang. Athletes from all over the world will compete for 98 medals in seven sports. The desire to host the Olympic games in 2018 was expressed by three cities: French Annecy, German Munich and Korean Pyeongchang. The latter had presented its candidature to host the competition in 2010 and 2014. But both times lost to a strong competitor: Vancouver and Sochi.
Athletes will compete in seven sports, in which there are separate disciplines:

Competitions in parallel slalom in a snowboard among men and women were withdrawn from the program.
